Job summary

Larimer County is hiring Vehicle Licensing Technicians for its Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park offices. In this customer-facing role, you will process vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and disability placards while delivering professional service.

Typical schedule is 7:55 AM to 5:10 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional half Saturdays. The position offers stable benefits and opportunities to grow in the licensing field.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in clerical or customer service work.
• Reliable transportation to work in multiple County facilities as needed.
• Notary Public commission within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• What you'll be doing: assisting customers in person and by phone with vehicle titles, liens, registrations, and disability placards.
• Receiving, sorting, and processing mail-in and drop-off documents for titles and registrations.
• Assisting customers in waiting areas by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and directing flow.
• Adhering to Title and Registration procedures, ID checks, and privacy regulations.
