Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a university outside the United States.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on the US scale.
• Must have completed a BMW internship of at least 3 months.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
• Must provide paperwork in English (CV/Resume, Last University Performance Record, etc.), cover letter optional.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of team meetings and MN level management meetings.
• Maintain intranet, SharePoint and Confluence sites.
• Update and suggest improvements to increase efficiency of the team and department.
• Implement lessons learned in each successive build phase of the new vehicles being launched.
• KPI management and reporting to ensure successful launch within the supplier network, with follow-up on deficits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
