America's Auto Auction Phoenix is seeking a Vehicle Inspector/Condition Writer to join our Phoenix auction team. You will perform vehicle inspections and create accurate cosmetic and mechanical condition reports. Frame and structural damage inspection experience is a major plus.

Document damages with photos and coordinate reconditioning and repairs to support auction operations. Travel locally as needed and maintain high quality, accuracy and safety standards while providing professional

Qualifications

• Automotive vehicle condition inspection experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and complete accurate cosmetic and mechanical condition reports.
• Document and photograph vehicle details, damages, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and repair processes.
• Move and stage vehicles to support auction and sales operations.
• Remove personally Identifiable Information (PII) from vehicles.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow all company safety, compliance, and confidentiality policies.
• Travel locally as needed and perform additional duties assigned by management.
