Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of specialty areas related to AFMC’s contractually driven projects. Serve as the vehicle compliance subject matter expert on assigned project/contract, primarily involving Medicaid Non-Emergency Transportation (NET), affiliated compliance, and contract deliverables. Provide communication, education, and promotion of program services. Collaborate with internal and external customers and other professionals to meet contract deliverables within designated timeframes. Document services rendered and provider reporting as required. Required : High School Diploma. Must obtain a vehicle maintenance management and inspection certification or equivalent within one (1) year of hire or as soon as the course is offered.
Required : Three (3) years in the focus area of the position which includes commercial transportation, non-emergency transportation, customer relations, vehicle maintenance, or other regulatory experience.
Desirable : Experience with automotive systems and mechanics.
