Job summary

Cox Automotive in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a vehicle inspector to verify condition per work orders, documenting findings and preparing ECRs. Responsibilities include identifying damage, parts missing, and mechanical issues during intake with attention to safety and policy compliance.

You will complete day-end procedures, maintain system knowledge, and may work overtime as needed. Strong communication and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Generally, <2 years of related experience preferred.
• Safe driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle information based on work order; identify damage and mechanical issues by inspection.
• Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
• Set up system for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
• Write electronic condition reports (ECR).
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
