Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Preferred: Strong technical understanding and good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle information based on work order details by inspecting vehicles at receipt (interior, exterior, odometer, trunk, engine area).
• Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
• Set up system for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
• Write electronic condition reports (ECR) and conduct OVE courtesy walks.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and system capabilities.
• Support safety activities and follow safety procedures.
• May work overtime as business needs dictate.
