VIP Distributing is seeking a Vehicle Graphics Installer to accurately install, remove, and finish vinyl graphics on a variety of vehicles. You will work independently in a fast-paced shop, using vinyl application techniques to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and vehicle wraps
• Prepare vehicles for installation, including cleaning and surface prep
• Follow layout instructions, proofs, and job specs
• Use tools to ensure bubble-free, durable installs
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools
• Communicate with teammates about job status and timelines
• Review daily orders and installation schedules
• Wash and prep vehicles for graphics installation
• Trim, heat, and finish vinyl edges for a professional look
• Perform post-install inspections and touch-ups
