VIP Distributing Company is seeking a Vehicle Graphics Installer to accurately install, remove, and finish vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on various vehicles in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and wraps on vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for installation: cleaning, measuring, and surface prep.
• Follow layout instructions, designs, and job specs.
• Use proper tools to ensure bubble-free, durable installs.
• Remove existing graphics without damaging vehicles when required.
• Inspect finished work for quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools.
• Communicate with team and management regarding status and timelines.
• Review daily work orders and installation schedules.
• Wash and prep vehicles for graphics installation.
• Apply vinyl graphics to cars, trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles.
• Trim, heat, and finish vinyl edges for a professional appearance.
• Perform post-installation inspections and touch-ups.
• Safely move and position vehicles in the shop.
• Clean workstations and return tools at day’s end.
