Job summary

Sound FX Automotive is seeking a driven Vehicle Graphics Inside Sales Coordinator to guide customers from initial contact through installation, turning ideas into finished wraps for individuals and fleets, and building long-term relationships. You’ll learn client goals, recommend graphics solutions, prepare quotes, and move projects forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, sales coordination, or sales administration experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, projects, calendars, and deadlines.
• Team-focused with ability to communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming vehicle wrap and graphics leads.
• Answering phone, email, web, and in-person sales inquiries.
• Learning customer needs and recommending graphics solutions.
• Preparing quotes and estimates for wraps and graphics projects.
• Following up on leads and open estimates.
• Building relationships with local businesses and commercial accounts.
• Coordinating with design, production, and installation teams.
• Gathering vehicle details, logos, artwork, and assets to start projects.
• Keeping customers informed as projects move through the process.
• Reviewing sales activity and identifying opportunities for growth.
