Responsibilities

• Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features.
• Demonstrates vehicles and explains warranty and service programs.
• Delivers vehicle to the customer by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Monitors manufacturer products and offerings on new units.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company/manufacturer.
