Job summary

McCluskey Chevrolet is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Associate in Cincinnati, OH, to help customers trade their current vehicles for new or pre-owned options. You will inspect trades, present suitable vehicles, and negotiate terms, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–6 PM.

You will collaborate with the sales team to hit targets, analyze inventory, and maintain records, ensuring a seamless exchange experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license.
