Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to help integrate vehicle electrical architecture and manage requirements analysis at the Auburn Hills, MI facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely program milestones and robust electrical system integration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical engineering and 5+ years in automotive electrical engineering, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years automotive electrical engineering experience.
• Understanding of vehicle electrical systems and architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize and document technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional coordination to meet program deliverables and timelines.
• Review program timing, product plans, series cards, and bulletins; communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Assist in reviewing investigation bulletins and provide technical feedback.
• Support management of electrical deliverables within the vehicle program.
• Participate in Post-2A risk mitigation meetings.
• Support PROXI/Vehicle Configuration updates.
• Assist during initial development vehicle builds at assembly plants.
• Participate in electrical issue resolution meetings and program reviews.
