h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Virtual Analysis Engineer in Vehicle Dynamics Simulation to lead CAE activities for steering and suspension optimization in Auburn Hills, MI. You will develop and validate multi-body models (ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car realtime, NASTRAN) and drive ride/handling improvements across vehicle architectures.

The role involves on-site collaboration, development of new CAE processes, and close interaction with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience with suspension/steering/brake kinematics and ride/handling analyses.
• Experience with ADAMS/Car, Altair Hyperworks, NASTRAN, CARSIM, VI-Car realtime, Matlab.
• Strong English communication (speaking/reading/writing).

Aufgaben

• Lead CAE/virtual analysis activities for steering/suspension hardpoints.
• Simulate ride events and characterize performance across frequency ranges.
• Develop/validate full vehicle/sub-system models (multibody, flex-body).
• Support driving simulator studies on-site.
• Plan analytical support for mule tuning activities.
• Develop new CAE/simulation processes as needed.
