Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a vehicle transporter to move, stage, and park vehicles on auction property, and to transport vehicles to auction lots and customer locations. You will drive through sale lanes on designated days while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

The role involves assisting with basic vehicle operations, tire inflations, jump starts, and helping customers and team members. This is a hands-on position with outdoor work and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and a clean driving record.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through auction lanes in a safe manner.
• Move vehicles to and from designated areas on premises and to customer dealerships and businesses.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed; locate lost vehicles.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating; inflate tires and jump start vehicles when needed.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety activities.
