Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Systems Engineer II focused on a Vehicle Digital Twin using NVIDIA Omniverse. You will connect system architecture, CAD geometry, and test data into a single digital thread, while applying AI tools to speed integration and maintain traceability.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven workflows and robust digital twin capabilities, ensuring config management and V&V.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 2+ years in systems engineering, digital engineering, or software integration.
• Hands-on with Cameo or MagicDraw and Teamwork Cloud.
• Experience with CAD tools (PTC Creo or similar).
• Programming or automation experience (Python preferred).
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and validation processes.
• Knowledge of digital thread, requirements, interfaces, and configuration mgmt.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital twin capabilities using NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Integrate system models, CAD geometry, and analysis data into a traceable digital thread.
• Create Python-based APIs, data pipelines, and connectors for multiple repositories.
• Link design data with test evidence and operational data for traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver reusable workflows.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate integration while ensuring quality and configuration control.
• Support verification and validation planning for Digital Twin capabilities.
