Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer II focused on a Vehicle Digital Twin using NVIDIA Omniverse. You will create a connected, data-driven digital thread that ties architecture, requirements, CAD, analysis, test evidence, and operational data into a single model.

You’ll work with senior engineers across disciplines to implement scalable, testable solutions. You will develop AI-assisted tools and Python pipelines, integrate Cameo/Teamwork Cloud data, and ensure traceability throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in systems engineering, digital engineering, digital twins, simulation, or software integration.
• Hands-on experience with Cameo or MagicDraw and Teamwork Cloud.
• Experience using PTC Creo or similar CAD tools and working with engineering geometry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Blue Origin Aerobrake Digital Twin capabilities in NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Build and improve OpenUSD-based workflows ingesting CAD geometry.
• Link system models to the Digital Twin with traceability to sources.
• Develop Python-based APIs, connectors, and data pipelines.
• Correlate digital models with physical test data and define acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate integration and documentation.
• Apply systems engineering fundamentals to define interfaces and data contracts.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to deliver Digital Twin workflows.
• Participate in agile planning, reviews, and demonstrations.
