Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Validation Engineer to drive end‑to‑end validation of vehicle connection systems and diagnostics across multiple subsystems. You will collaborate with the Global validation team and OEM partners to shape test plans, define requirements, and ensure compliance with international standards.

You will develop and maintain test protocols, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable improvements for ECU diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Validate complex vehicle connection systems that supportDiagnostics.
• Maintain networks with Global validation team and other key stakeholders.
• Define and optimize validation plans by selecting relevant requirements and test methods.
• Prepare and test products in compliance with customer requirements and international standards.
• Create and verify test protocols and test reports.
• Report test results and project status to stakeholders.
• Develop and modify test methods according to customer requirements.
• Identify new requirements or key product characteristics to anticipate readiness of equipment and methods.
• Control technical documentation, test records and equipment.
