You’ll perform a 45-step detailing process, assess safety and maintenance needs, and help maintain the lot throughout the year. Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety and maintenance needs.
• Maintain dealership lot and vehicle presentation year-round.
• Assist with repossession and field collection activities per guidelines.
• Support other dealership tasks and seasonal lot maintenance.
