Job summary

Lexus of Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join a high-energy sales team. You will check in new vehicles, prep cars for sale, and assist the sales staff with guest needs while maintaining the highest Lexus standards.

You will present features, stay certified, and ensure accurate, timely delivery and lot organization. This full-time on-site role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of business experience or equivalent.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to toggle between systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Present Lexus vehicle features and technology in person or via video conference.
• Maintain Lexus certifications and participate in required training classes.
• Assist the sales team and prep vehicles for sale and delivery.
• Check in and prep new vehicles for sale; manage lot organization.
• Deliver vehicles to off-site locations and support showroom guests.
• Ensure security and closing duties are completed and dealership policies followed.

Job Responsibilities

• Present Lexus vehicle features and technology in an effective manner via video conferencing or in person.
• Function as the subject matter expert by maintaining Lexus Certifications and participating in continuing product education, attending all required training classes (including off-site meetings as requested by Lexus).
• Improve initial satisfaction by providing a deeper understanding of the owner’s new Lexus, utilizing resources.
• Confirm daily sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Check in and prep new vehicles for sale, physically and in appropriate systems.
• Manage lot organization throughout the day.
• Support sales team with guest needs.
• Deliver vehicles to off-site locations.
• Consistently conduct closing duties including but not limited to ensuring vehicles are locked, locking building doors and gates, and completing daily tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate your work ethic for future growth positions.
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Assures that every complete job, whether pre- or post-delivery, meets dealership standards 100% of the time.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience;or equivalent combinationof education and experience.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Proficient computer skills, including toggling between systems.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Navigating stairwells to consistently reach inventory.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Is legally able to work in the United States.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license (must be insurable).

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential responsibilities of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate and on occasion high. Driving & traffic conditions will vary mild to heavy.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift with unpaid hour lunch
• Monday to Friday 11am – 8pm and Saturday 10am - 7pm (Tuesdays or Thursdays off) Sundays closed
