Carvana in Hartford, CT is seeking Customer Advocates to deliver happiness to customers and support the car-buying journey. Candidates need at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and must be able to meet physical requirements for loading and unloading vehicles.

We offer an hourly starting rate of $22 with pathways to higher earnings through performance-based increases and bonus programs. Shifts run 7 days a week across 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, with overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect the hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record per CMV policy.
