Shift Requirement:

The hours for this position are from 11am - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

We Offer a Competitive Starting Hourly Rate Of $22/hr With Significant Growth Opportunities Based On Performance. You Can Boost Your Earnings Within a Short Timeframe.

• Pay Range: $22-$24 hourly
• Starting Pay: $22/hr
• At 3 Months: $22.50/hr
• At 6 Months: $23/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

Market Operations may also offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.

About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle to ensure safety
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our tracking system
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policy
• Obtain (or be able to obtain) a Notary within 90 days, with process sponsored by Carvana. Check local requirements here: State Notary Requirements.
• Satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access
• In Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri, obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within two weeks (sponsored by Carvana)
• In California, obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)

General Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in various weather conditions
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving; accommodations may be provided for disabilities
