Responsibilities

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we prioritize health and safety by following CDC guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off automotive parts, adhering to routes and schedules, ensuring accuracy, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Key duties include:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery for completeness and accuracy.
• Following directions, adhering to routes, and using navigation tools.
• Assisting with loading/unloading and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a safe driving record and complying with transportation laws.
• Handling payments, preparing reports, and managing delivery-related documentation.
• Performing vehicle maintenance checks and reporting issues.
• Supporting store/warehouse duties as needed and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet insurance requirements (drivers must be 21+)
• Valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Managing financial transactions and reconciling accounts
• Using tablets or mobile devices for navigation and customer interface
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to follow directions, work collaboratively, and be flexible with schedule
• Previous delivery experience is a plus

Note: All minimum requirements and qualifications must be met to be eligible to drive for Parts Authority.

Compensation

Starting at USD $16.35 per hour.
