Midway Auto Group is seeking a Driver/Customer Service Associate to support vehicle delivery and pickup across our LA-area locations. You will greet customers, perform basic vehicle checks, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding safety and professional standards.

This role requires high energy, excellent communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; a passion for automobiles and public service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery/Pick up vehicles and/or customers from various locations while maintaining professional and legal driving standards and expectations.
• Complete vehicle check in and check out forms in an efficient and accurate manner for disclosure of vehicle conditions. (i.e fuel level, mileage, damage)
• Wash/Clean interior and exterior of vehicles when needed.
• Greet each customer upon return of the vehicle.
• Be knowledgeable on vehicle fleet and be able to provide any additional information necessary on the operation of the vehicle and its features.
