• Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a welcoming delivery experience.
• Answer calls and assist with inquiries related to plates and delivery.
• Guide customers through the delivery process for a seamless experience.
• Deliver vehicles with all manuals, keys, and related materials.
• Maintain logs of wheel locks and spare keys.
• Organize manuals, wheel locks, and delivery materials.
• File signed plate forms and prepare FedEx packages.
• Activate roadside assistance as needed.
• Input plate information into CDK and check surveys.
• Coordinate with sales staff and assign tasks/messages.
