The role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and timely execution in a fast-paced dealership setting. Responsibilities include handling plate forms, packing materials, and delivery-related documentation while supporting staff with customer inquiries and logistical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries related to vehicle plates and delivery.
• Guide customers through the delivery process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Take messages and forward promptly to relevant departments.
• Assist customers with filling out plate information accurately.
• Deliver vehicles with manuals, keys, and roadside assistance info.
• Maintain logs for wheel locks and spare keys, signed out and returned.
• Organize and inventory manuals, wheel locks, and delivery materials.
• File signed plate forms correctly and prepare FedEx packages for outgoing deliveries.
• Provide delivery list and customer questionnaires to the designated staff member.
• Coordinate with sales staff regarding plates and tasks, and respond to inquiries professionally.
