Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor for a permanent role in the Hayes area. The role involves accurately assessing various vehicles, using Audatex, and calculating repair costs and timescales.

You will liaise with insurance engineers and keep customers updated on progress. The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating software (Audatex preferred) and the ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using estimating software (Audatex preferred).
• ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to manage insurer and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles.
• Use computerised estimating systems to generate costings.
• Calculate time and cost to complete repairs.
• Liaise regularly with insurance engineers and assessors.
• Contact customers to provide updates on repairs and timescales.
