Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks an Economics Manager to lead cost development for programs from pre-contract milestones through production. You will own the target development process to ensure total production and tooling costs are complete and rational for the business case.

You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and all management levels to drive cost targets, provide data-driven insight, and influence decisions across the vehicle program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Finance, or both.
• 10 years of overall experience with 8+ years in Automotive.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop component cost targets using top-down budget allocation.
• Apply reference vehicle data and design-to-cost savings to EBOM data.
• Understand vehicle systems and subsystems and part breakups.
• Organize technical commodities by function and propose cost-saving alternatives.
• Lead cross-functional cost reviews and governance reporting.
