Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and cost reduction.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical rigor.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and office tools.
