Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bias for action and the aptitude to prioritize and execute tasks.
• Proven assembly, maintenance, or troubleshooting of vehicle components.
• Ability to follow procedures/read instructions and blueprints.
• Must provide own tools and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of tools to build and assemble machines or mechanical components.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, sketches, and plans.
• Build/replace/repair major vehicle components, engines, transmissions, suspensions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical challenges and problem-solve beyond standard solutions.
• Manage and plan work to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools for safety and usability.
• Be willing to pivot to different tasks throughout the day.
• Ensure work conditions are safe and efficient.
