Job summary

Northridge Toyota is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to source, evaluate and acquire quality vehicles for dealership inventory. You will research the market to identify acquisition opportunities, negotiate deals and help manage the dealership’s vehicle programs.

You must have previous experience in the automotive industry. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude with daily CRM usage.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
• Proficiency in negotiation and evaluation processes.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Help acquire quality vehicles for our dealership.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

WE'RE HIRING VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST!

Northridge Toyota is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Specialist with a positive can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring quality vehicles for dealership inventory. You’ll research the market to identify acquisition opportunities, evaluate vehicles and purchase terms, negotiate deals, and help manage the dealership’s vehicle acquisition programs.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
