Job summary

Northridge Toyota, a premier dealership in the Los Angeles area, is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to source and acquire quality vehicles for inventory. You will research markets, evaluate purchase terms, negotiate deals, and help manage the dealership’s acquisition programs.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong negotiation skills, and an interest in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service
• Proficiency in negotiation and evaluation processes
• Prior experience in the automotive industry a plus
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license and CA Occupational (sales) license

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Help acquire quality vehicles for our dealership
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

WE'RE HIRING VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST!

Northridge Toyota is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Specialist with a positive \"can-do\" attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring quality vehicles for dealership inventory. You'll research the market to identify acquisition opportunities, evaluate vehicles and purchase terms, negotiate deals, and help manage the dealership’s vehicle acquisition programs.
