You should have automotive installation experience, attention to safety, and the ability to complete quality work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility for OT, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality control standards required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work OT, weekends, and/or Holidays required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, supervisors, management, and other departments.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for changing production demands.

Responsibilities

• Install vehicle accessories and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and procedures.
• Install items such as tow hitches, side steps, trim pieces, mud guards, roof racks, and electronics.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical installations as required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment safely.
• Inspect vehicles before and after installation for damage or issues.
• Ensure accessories are securely installed and function properly.
• Follow installation instructions and quality-control procedures.
• Protect vehicle interiors and exteriors from damage during installation.
• Report damaged parts or vehicle issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and quality requirements.
• Follow all facility, safety, and vehicle-handling procedures.
