GLOVIS America, Inc. seeks a reliable installer to fit vehicle accessories at a production facility in Montgomery, AL. The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to complete high-quality installations efficiently while following safety rules and company procedures.

Ideal candidates will have experience with automotive installations, own basic hand and power tools, and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including potential OT and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Experience using powered hand tools.

Responsabilidades

Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to install accessories and equipment on new vehicles at a vehicle processing facility. The ideal candidate will have automotive installation experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to complete quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary
  • Install vehicle accessories and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
  • Install items such as tow hitches, side steps, trim pieces, mud guards, roof racks, electronic accessories, and other equipment.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical installations as required.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment safely and correctly.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after installation to identify existing damage or installation concerns.
  • Ensure all accessories are securely installed and function properly.
  • Follow installation instructions, and quality-control procedures.
  • Protect vehicle interiors and exteriors from damage during the installation process.
  • Report damaged parts, missing components, or vehicle issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet daily production and quality requirements.
  • Follow all facility, safety, and vehicle-handling procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
