Qualifications

• Associates degree or ISA/Utility Arborist certification plus 5 years of line clearance/vegetation management experience.
• Strong leadership and contractor management experience preferred.
• Proficient with GIS, vegetation management software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead MiEnergy’s and Allamakee-Clayton’s Vegetation Management Programs across service territories.
• Develop long-term vegetation strategies to reduce outages and improve reliability.
• Manage contractors, including performance, billing, and safety/compliance.
• Oversee vegetation management systems to plan, schedule, and report activities.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, NESC, ANSI, and environmental regulations.
