Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead account managers and supervisors, establish annual plans, and ensure goals are met. The role oversees budgets, crew productivity, and safety compliance while mentoring field staff and handling after-hours responses.

Responsibilities include driving efficiency, maintaining QA programs, and coordinating manpower for regional operations and storms. A driver’s license, ISA certification, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Vegetation Management General Foreperson experience required.
• Driver's License required and ISA Certification required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals.
• Evaluate crews for production efficiency and improve methods.
• Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
• Coordinate manpower fluctuations.
• Educate customers and groups on vegetation/electric conflict hazards.
• Mentor forepersons and crew members.
• Ensure maintenance programs meet regulations and standards.
• Primary contact for after-hours tree crew requests and storm work.
• Ensure proper billing and oversee QA programs.
