Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews, coordinate annual work plans with Account Managers, and ensure goals are met with efficiency and safety. The role requires budget oversight, performance evaluation, mentoring of forepersons and crews, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and utility standards.

You will also handle after‑hours and storm related work and maintain quality assurance programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven leadership capability to direct, motivate and develop teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production/reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals established.
• Evaluate crews for production efficiency and improve methods.
• Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
• Coordinate manpower fluctuations.
• Educate customers and jurisdictions on vegetation/electric conflict hazards.
• Mentor and develop general forepersons.
• Mentor and develop crew members.
• Ensure maintenance programs meet federal regulations and utility standards.
• Primary contact for after-hours tree crew requests and storm work.
• Insure proper billing and oversee QA programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
