Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a Lead Foreman to supervise vegetation management crews, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality across projects. You will coordinate labor, equipment and materials, train Crew Leaders, and liaise with foresters and customers.

Travel to sites may be required to support multiple locations in Pennsylvania. You will lead safety programs, monitor performance, and maintain essential records while supporting a drug-free workplace and professional development

Qualifications

• Experience supervising vegetation management crews.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, labor, equipment and materials on site.
• Focus on safety, quality standards and efficient work practices.
• CDL License and Herbicide License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project for work and ensures tasks are completed efficiently.
• Schedules and mobilizes labor, equipment, material and tools on site.
• Instructs Crew Leaders in scheduling, processes and locations.
• Makes site visits to inspect progress, enforce standards and safety.
• Coordinates with foresters/inspectors on work specs and audits.
• Responds to customer or property owner questions and issues.
• Monitors material usage and crew mobilization during storm response.
• Leads safety initiatives and ensures proper PPE and procedures.
• Maintains records related to hours, equipment, inventory and incidents.
