Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a field Foreman to supervise a vegetation management crew performing line clearance work. You will ensure safety, productivity, and quality across assigned areas, coordinating tasks with customers and crews.

The role requires 3–5 years of line clearance experience, a valid CDL is a plus, and prior Foreman experience. You must be able to travel regionally and work overtime or storm assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years verifiable line clearance experience or related tree work experience.
• CDL license is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Herbicide or ISA licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure safety, productivity, and quality of field work.
• Maintain site safety for all personnel and property within the assigned area.
• Provide supervision and oversight of vegetation management crew activity.
• Ensure utility customer needs are met within the scope of work and travel as required.
