Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of tree industry experience as a foreman or equivalent.
• ISA certification herbicide license and CDL license preferred.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of tree industry safety standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a safety culture where incidents are preventable.
• Responds to customer needs and delivers excellent service daily.
• Develops and retains a skilled workforce through training and development.
• Manages payroll, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Plans, schedules, and monitors resources to optimize crew performance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensures environmental stewardship and compliance with regulations.
