Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in forestry or horticulture or two years of related experience.
• Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

About The Role:

The Vegetation Imagery Analyst reports to the Senior Operations Manager at ACRT Inc. This role involves identifying, inspecting, and evaluating trees and brush along utility lines via satellite imagery. The position is seasonal, remote, from June to November, paying $22 to $25 per hour for 20-30 hours weekly.

About You:

Must haves:

• Associate’s degree in forestry, horticulture, or related field

Or

• Two years of related experience, must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license and clean record

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or Horticulture
• One year of utility Arborist experience; ISA Certification is a plus

Skills:

• Ability to learn company-specific software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of trees and growth rates
