Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Service Handler Card and TABC certification valid for at least 6 months.
• Approximately five years bartending or beverage department experience or progressional promotion training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails for guests and servers using prescribed recipes.
• Interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in delegating duties to barbacks.
• Monitor par levels of all supplies and handle cash securely.
• Use bar equipment and cash register proficiently and move around bar area efficiently.
