Job summary

S Bar Las Vegas, a concept by sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, seeks Model Cocktail Servers to support hosts and servers in the lounge at Mandalay Bay. You will help ensure smooth service, assist with refills, payments, and food runs, and maintain professionalism in a high-energy club setting.

Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English; conversational Spanish is a plus. This is an on-site role at 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required; conversational Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long shifts and multitask efficiently

Responsibilities

• Clean menus as required throughout the shift
• Observe tables and note cleanliness and occupancy
• Assist servers by refilling beverages and water, processing payments, and running food
• Assist servers in resetting and bussing tables
• Inform management of unhappy guests promptly
• Maintain a composed, professional attitude at all times
• Anticipate server and guest needs in a club atmosphere
