Job summary

Newpage Solutions, a global digital health innovation company, seeks a Veeva Vault Tech Lead Developer to configure Vault components, develop customizations, and enable integrations that streamline content review, approval, and compliance across global markets.

You will lead technical delivery, translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations, and mentor engineers while collaborating with QA, stakeholders, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Veeva Vault configuration and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Java SDK.
• Knowledge of Vault APIs, integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration migration, deployment, release management, and production readiness.
• Familiarity with regulated content platforms (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS).
• Experience leading technical delivery in Agile with 2–3 years in a Technical Lead/Team Lead role.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vault technical delivery with hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical direction.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and designs with feasibility, estimation, and delivery guidance.
• Develop custom functionality using the Veeva Vault Java SDK.
• Build, support, and troubleshoot Vault integrations ensuring reliable data flows.
• Manage configuration migrations, deployments, release readiness, and version control across environments.
• Support testing, defect triage, release execution, and post-deployment hyper care for Vault issues.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with QA, stakeholders, delivery leads, and vendor partners.
