Intuitive is seeking a Veeva Vault Solution Architect (Finance) to lead functional and technical sessions, architect & document solutions, and build on the vault platform.

You will apply hands-on experience with Veeva Vault workflows, UI layouts, and domain-based functionalities to translate business needs into robust financial processes, lead technical design sessions, and drive the on-time delivery of Vault implementations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• The Veeva Vault Architect will lead Functional/technical requirements sessions, architect & document technical solutions, and build on the vault platform.
• Champion scalable and out-of-the-box solution design principles in Veeva Vault
• Hands on experience in Veeva like workflows, UI Layout, domain-based functionalities, and securities per industry best practices
• Be a credible subject matter expert in commercial content lifecycle related business processes
• Design & develop interfaces with Veeva Vault.
• Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms
• Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing the project from business requirements gathering through deployment
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives
• Lead the technical delivery of Veeva vault implementations including development of solutions and integrations, managing technical scope and business expectations
• Keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends
• Research and design solution implementation options
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership
• Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence
• Acts as a liaison between the Business teams and internal development staff and is responsible for leading the team during all phases of the project's lifecycle.
