Job summary

Cristcot is seeking an experienced Veeva Solution Architect to lead architecture and implementation of Veeva PromoMats and integrate Veeva commercial and medical platforms with Cristcot’s Salesforce CRM environment. The role requires deep Veeva Vault expertise, MLR design, and strong liaison with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing Veeva Vault commercial solutions.
• End-to-end Veeva PromoMats implementation experience.
• Experience integrating Veeva Vault with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of FDA promotional requirements and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for Veeva PromoMats and related Vault apps.
• Lead solution architecture, workshops, and technical decision-making.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable designs.
• Define PromoMats configuration, lifecycles, workflows, and security.
• Govern integration architecture between PromoMats, Salesforce, and external systems.
• Develop target-state architecture for CRM, PromoMats, OpenData, and MDM.
• Support data migration, metadata mapping, and MLR process design.
• Prepare architecture diagrams, specifications, and SOPs.
• Support validation, UAT, release management, training, and rollout.
