Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on molecular biology and primary cell culture experience.
  • Experience with mammalian cell culture, plasmid purification, and lentiviral production.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced mammalian cell culture for adherent and suspension lines.
  • Prepare reagents for transfection and transduction experiments.
  • Execute plasmid DNA preparation (e.g., Maxiprep) and support QC activities.
  • Conduct viral production workflows and downstream processing.
  • Assist in viral titering, concentration, and functional validation assays.
  • Support cloning workflows and plasmid screening with accurate records.
  • Maintain biosafety practices and meticulous laboratory documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior scientists on iterative construct design and testing.
