Job summary

Guarantee Electrical Company in Denver is seeking a proactive VDC Technician to join our VDC team and help create and coordinate electrical system models. You will learn BIM workflows, work with Revit/Navisworks/Bluebeam, and support design coordination under supervision.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience in a comparable role.
• Familiarity with design or construction software such as Revit, Navisworks or Bluebeam; training provided.
• Interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or construction technology.
• Ability to read basic diagrams or drawings with guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and coordinating electrical system models.

• Help apply basic dimensions and notes to drawings using company standards.
• Follow established templates and file organization practices.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) team and learn how to create and coordinate electrical system models. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating and updating 3D models of electrical systems (such as conduit and cable tray)


• Learn to navigate BIM models and support coordination efforts


• Help apply basic dimensions and notes to drawings using company standards


• Follow established templates and file organization practices


• Attend coordination meetings and support the team in resolving design issues


• Work under the guidance of a supervisor or experienced team member

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

• Basic familiarity with design or construction software such as Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, or similar tools (training will be provided)
