Qualifications

• 7+ Years of experience working in BIM environment.
• Proficiency in the latest versions of Autodesk Revit and Evolve.
• Highly knowledgeable in BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, Trimble, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day VDC team activities and coaching.
• Train team on software, BIM, and VDC standards.
• Ensure modeling standards and project deliverables align with expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field operations for scope and schedule.
• Track timelines, resources, and communicate progress to project teams.
• Manage third-party partners to support workload.
