Job summary

Actalent is seeking a BIM/VDC Specialist to support coordination across Dallas-Fort Worth commercial construction projects. You will review models, run clash detections, and assist with multidisciplinary coordination using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Forma.

This is a contract-to-hire onsite role based in Arlington, TX, requiring collaboration with architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure constructible, coordinated BIM deliverables for field execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM/VDC, model coordination, or construction technology.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Understanding of commercial construction processes and field execution.
• Ability to identify constructability and coordination issues within models and drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, and trade partners.

BIM/VDC Specialist

Overview

Support BIM and VDC coordination for commercial construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role works closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Autodesk Forma.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
