• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architectural, engineering, construction, or computer science.
• 2–4 years of industry experience.
• Enthusiastic, creative, inclusive, and collaborative mindset.
• General knowledge and competency in computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Background or interest in leveraging 3D information.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360, and MS Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-quality BIM content for the VDC Department and project teams to ensure seamless integration and project success.
• Manage project 3D spatial coordination, BIM schedules, scope, and models to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Provide support for VDC staff on BIM-enabled projects, ensuring resources and guidance for success.
• Adhere to processes while improving VDC workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings to align on goals and foster collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends in VDC techniques and procedures.
• Train Assistant VDC Specialists and project team members on tools and processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
